The Zillow mortgage calculator is really a brilliant tool to get you a quick idea of what your monthly payment will be. You can set your price with a quick slider, you can set your downpayment in terms of percentage, or actual dollar amount. You can set your interest rate, you can set your property taxes in a similar fashion, you can do a $1 amount, or you can do a percentage we know it’s about 1.2. Here in California, you can set your HOA dues, and there’s actually a button on and off that does a smart calculation for your PMI. If you have different types of loans, they may require it or not. Furthermore, if you swipe left you get your full amortization calculator for each payment. It’s really nice tool.
